This is information of preparation before moving in for tenancy in "Global Life Higashi-Jujo". Refer to the information to get ready to move in. If there are other questions or unclear points, click "Inquiries" and send your message.

▶　 If any additional home appliances, furniture and equipment are required in the room, please supply by your own. "Refer to the shop list below"
▶　 There may be different furniture in a room because previous tenant leave it.
▶　 The furniture in a room can not remove out and keep in dormitory’s storage because the storage does not have enough space.

▶ Conveniences shops (within 3 min walk from the dormitory) ：

① Convenience Store ―　 Seven Eleven & Lawson, within 1 min by walk
② Post Shop ―　 within 1 min by walk, Open a postal savings bank account, or domestic and international mail are available to send.
③ Coin Laundry ―　 It is next to the dormitory and has a dryer (chargeable) as well. Clothes can be dried on the rooftop of the dormitory
④ Supermarket ―　 within 2 min by walk, Food and drinks, vegetable fruits, boxed lunches etc.
⑤ Drug Store ―　 2 min by walk, There are daily commodities, food, cosmetics, medicine etc.
⑥ \100 Shop ―　 3 min by walk, Everything including household goods, stationery, kitchen utensils etc. is available at 100 yen.
⑦ Boxed Lunch Shop ―　 2 min by walk. Useful to have a quick meal. There are 4 stores around the dormitory.
⑧ ATM ―　 it is an ATM that can be transferred in cash even if there is no bank card. (Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Mizuho Bank, Resona Bank)
⑨ Restaurant ―　 There are many restaurants around the dormitory.
 

 

▶ Internet：

Each room has internet with LAN cable. Prepare own LAN cable when using. Wi-FiPrepare Wi-Fi router by your own. Self setting 

※Wifi is sold at 3800 yen in this dormitory. All setting has been done, Wi - Fi internet is available immediately after entering the room.
